Who is MedQuest?
MedQuest Medical Transport is a family owned and operated non-emergency medical transportation company. We have been in the customer service field for over 10 years and noticed that there was a need for us in the NEMT world. Common complaints we got were patients were not being treaded well during their transport and they were being left behind due to other companies over booking all the time.

Our Team
Our team members go through extensive training and are certified with:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Passenger Assistance Safety and Sensitivity (PASS)
- NCS – Defensive Driving Courses
Prior to being trained our team members go through a strict hiring process which includes:
- In person interviews
- Fingerprint CA Department of Justice Background Checks
- Drug testing and physical tests
