The non-emergency medical transport service is for those individuals who don’t have access to transportation to and from their medical appointments, personal errands, family outings, etc. Trips are non-emergency which implies that there is no immediate health threat to the individual that needs transportation.

 

We use wheelchair and gurney accessible vans.

We can accommodate 2 wheelchair bound passengers in a single van.

Yes, we can have up to 2 additional passengers.

Yes, please mention it during the time of booking.

We ask you to kindly let us know as soon as you are aware of the cancelation so that we can be available to the next person that needs our services. Please also refer to our Terms of Service page for more info.

Yes, depending on the milage, there will be 2 drivers.

Yes, we have a device that's called a stair chair. It is a motorized device that can safely transport a patient up and down stairs.

No, we are open on holidays. We do recommend calling in advance as we do have limited availability those days.
