Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services provided by MedQuest Medical Transport, Inc. (“us,” “we,” or “our”).


  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services offered by MedQuest Medical Transport, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.


  1. Booking Cancellation Policy and Pick-up Policy

2.1 Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel a booking. The following cancellation policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations are accepted:

  • Cancellations 48 Hours or More in Advance: If you cancel your booking 48 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time, you will be eligible for a full refund minus processing fees.
  • Cancellations Between 24-48 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your booking between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you will be eligible for a 50% refund minus processing fees.
  • Cancellations Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are not eligible for any refund.

2.2 Pick-up Policy 

  • 15-Minute Grace Period: We understand that unforeseen delays may occur. Therefore, we provide a 15-minute grace period for scheduled pick-up times. If you are not ready for your scheduled pick-up within this grace period, the driver may need to leave, and you may be responsible for finding alternative transportation or waiting for the next available pick-up, subject to availability.
  • Driver Waiting Beyond 15 Minutes: In some cases, a driver may have the flexibility to wait beyond the 15-minute grace period. In such instances, passengers or patients may be responsible for a wait time fee, which will be assessed for each additional 15-minute increment beyond the grace period.
  • Scheduled Pick-up Time: Please note that scheduled pick-up times also have a 15-minute grace period. This means that your driver may arrive within 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. We advise passengers to request pick-ups with this grace period in mind.

2.3 Processing Fees

All refunds are subject to processing fees, which are non-refundable. The exact amount of processing fees will be disclosed at the time of booking and may vary based on the specific circumstances of the cancellation.


2.4 Cancellation Requests

To request a cancellation and initiate the refund process, please contact our customer support team at admin@ridemq.com or (747)444-1020. We will guide you through the cancellation process and any applicable refund procedures.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms of Service on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed about any updates.
